Green shake

Green Shake

This is a green shake that I drink every morning and that makes me feel great, alert and focused.



  • 2 kale Leafs
  • 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 4 ecological bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut fat
  • ice
  • 1 – 1.5 cup ( 2.5 – 3.5 dl ) of water



  • Cut the leafs from the stem on the kale and keep the leafs.
  • Throw in the spinach and kale to a blender and blend well.
  • Peal and throw in the bananas, one at the time while blending.
  • Add the coconut fat while blending.
  • Add some ice while mixing ( about 12 small cubes is usually fine )
  • Add some water until desired texture.

This raw green shake is something I make every day and makes me alert and sharp for the entire day until it´s time for my next meal. Try it out and hopefully it will do the same for you. ( I make and drink it after I had a big glass of water ( 2 pints / 1 liter ) of course )
