Nut milk

Nut milk is a basic raw food recipe or template that all of you milk drinkers should use.



  • 1 Cup of your nut/seed of choice ( cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • pure water




  • Cover the chosen nuts or seeds with water and let soak for 8 hours.
  • Drain and rinse the nuts or seeds.
  • Add 4 Cups of water and blend.
  • Line a jug with a nut milk bag then pour the mix into the jug.
  • Squeeze out the water from the nut milk bag.
  • Pour the nut milk into a clean glas bottle and put a lid on it. ( keeps in the fridge for 3-4 days )

This is a great and simple nut milk recipe. It is both healthy and tastes great! With the left over nut pulp you can make Raw nut pulp hummus!
